WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY INDOOR SPACE?

Thursday 8a-4p and Fri/Sat/Sun 7a-8p

CAN I SELL FIREARMS?

No.

CAN I SELL PETS?

NO pet sales are allowed at the market at all. NO animals are allowed to be given away for FREE either. Only service animals are allowed on property.

CAN I SELL FOOD AND DRINKS?

Flamingo Island welcomes restaurants and food and beverage vendors. All food vendors must be approved by the Market General Manager.

WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE SOLD AT THE MARKET?

The following items are not permitted: dogs, cats, any other animals, baby food, infant formula, alcoholic beverages, illegal items, bootleg or counterfeit items, coin operated gumball or candy machines, petition signings, and any item deemed objectionable (at the sole discretion of Flamingo Island). Games of chance are not allowed. Adult and X-rated materials are not allowed. Additional rent may be required for certain items. The Market may not be used to further political agendas, parties, elections, issues, or candidates.

HOW DO I BOOK A SPACE?

You can call the office at 239-948-7799, go to the market Thursday - Sunday, 8am-4pm, show up the day of on the weekend OR fill out our Request to Book a Space form.
